The CSA B126 Standard for Cisterns has been updated as of April 2015.  This Standard is now complete. Although it is not a required Standard in Alberta as of this printing, it is anticipated that this Standard will be adopted in Alberta within the next 12 to 18 months.  Because the CSA B126 Standard addresses the requirements for the manufacture and installation of fresh water cisterns it will be adopted under the plumbing code rather than under private sewage.
