The AOWMA hosted a Site & Soils Evaluation Field Day in Two Hills on June 27th. We had a smaller group of students, allowing for more time with instructor, Dan Morris. A big thank you to our hosts, Len Nadurak and Toni Sime.

The AOWMA also hosted a Site & Soils Evaluation Field Day in Warner County on Friday, June 10th. This was another small class of only 10, led by Daniel Morris. Besides the crazy windy day, it was a great site with interesting soil test pits and everyone learned a lot. All the students in attendance used this soils day to complete their Onsite Wastewater Practitioner training.

These workshops are a great opportunity to get hands-on experience evaluating a site, as well as, practicing hand texturing and sampling. Future sessions will be listed on our website.
