The AOWMA is pleased to announce that the 2018 Alf Durnie Education and Research Scholarship was awarded to John Jongerden of Picture Butte, AB.

John is in the plumbing program at Lethbridge College and is apprenticing at Aquatech Plumbing & Heating. He is a volunteer firefighter and does volunteer work with youth through the Love Lethbridge program.
