This full-day training provides practical instruction on conducting site and soil assessments for onsite wastewater systems. Participants will develop field skills in soil texture analysis, identifying limiting conditions, and applying the Alberta Onsite Wastewater Standards of Practice in real-world scenarios.

This workshop is also a mandatory component of the AOWMA Onsite Wastewater Practitioner Program, required for graduation and to meet the education requirements to obtain a Certificate of Competency from Alberta Municipal Affairs.
