Rick Baxter is the Lead Plumbing and Gas Safety Codes Officer with Inspections Group and has been a Director on the Board of the AOWMA since 2015 and brings the unique viewpoint of a Safety Codes  Officer to the Boardroom table, which rounds out representation from all industry sectors.

He started in the Plumbing trade 25 years ago and became an inspector in 2011. Rick volunteers in many aspects of the industry. As well as serving on the Board of Directors for AOWMA, Rick also sits on the Board of the Alberta Mechanical Officials Society. Rick is also the former Chair of the Certification Review Committee.
