On December 19, 2012 an update to the Accredited Agencies Regulation was implemented through an Order in Council. The update specifically addressed the Schedule which lists all the Permitting Agencies accredited to issue permits and perform inspections. A new expiry date of January 31, 2018 was set for the Schedule.
